In the recent times where CP wanted to get out of the exclusivity contract with GE when the order of GE's reaches 500 but the 34 that was left went over to CEFX and painted in the bluebird scheme. Well there going back to GE again :( with an order of 40 ES44AC's, looks like CP will be in an all GE railroad with little GM units in the future.

Maybe not CP is considering ordering Some SD70ACe's after they talk with KCS officals about theirs.

I really don't care for the ES44ACs, or any newer GE. I just love the old SD, and GP locomotives. I also love it that CP doesn't care too much on painting up thier old Soo Line fleet of locomotives.
