Though I can't give you dates or their titles, here's some names to get things started: Ed Jordan, Richard Spence, Stuart Reed, L. Stanley Crane, Richard Sanborn (for only a month or so due to his early and tragic passing), Jim Hagen, and, Dave LeVan.

Robert E. Mortensen, a 30-year veteran of Conrail who later led Railroad Development Corporation efforts in Mozambique and Malawi, served as Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Railways Corporation from 1 August 2006 until 30 October 2006. He is now the Chief Executive Officer of Rift Valley Railways Uganda Limited.
