I am looking for updated information on the status of this coach, which was being repaired and restored by Erie Lackawanna Equipment Leasing LLC several years ago. Any current/recent photos would be great.

My interest comes from the fact that it was one 14 x-DL&W coaches that were used on MTA PC & LIRR trains 1971 - 1976, and I have included these cars on my LIRR Parlor Cars website.

Another curiosity is MTA PC 2189 (x-EL 1319) ... it appears to be the only one of the 15 x-DL&W coaches that did not transfer from the PC to LIRR in 1974. What happened to this car?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

If you go to YouTube and search for this car under Erie Lackawanna 1318 you will see this car on the move. More information will be coming but not for awhile.

Any more news on this coach....or the additional Phoebe Snow diner up for sale ?

thanks.
The 1318 is sleeping thru the winter. I don't know anything about progress on the diners.

Clarification please....

AIR from a couple years ago, this coach was listed/referenced as having been acquired by the ELDCPS or by someone willing to restore it to E-L colors to run with the ELDCPS fleet. But it now isn't rostered on their equipment page or even referenced.

???

thanks.
