Does anyone know if the CN Railway has yet relocated for former Wisconsin Central dispatchers to their Homewood Illinois dispatching center?. I heard the former GTW Dispatchers are moving their as well.

No but they will soon. Expect the GTW dispatchers to go in the next few months.
They moved a few weeks ago, what's left of them anyway. A lot quit before the move.

That is how the former IC dispatchers do it including the former CC&P. I guess those guys did not want to move to Illinois?.
