CN Conductor Trainee (Pay & Training)

I have looked through various threads on here and other forums and I can't find the answer to these questions:

What is the pay while you're going through the conductor training in Tinley Park, IL?

Is there a per diam for meals, etc?

How long is the training?

What materials/supplies are needed for the training?
