Does anyone know if a map exists on the Internet of the lines that the Chessie System was planning to purchase from the USRA in the mid 1970s? From the attached link, the purchased system looks to be comprised of the entire Erie Lackawanna and portions of the Reading and Penn Central lines. The article does not mention whether all or portions of the Toledo & Ohio Central was to be part of the system though. Were there any other lines that were considered?

Not sure on line but TRAINS Magazine had a map in the 1975 - 1976 era ... not sure the specific issue. It explained the whole MARC-EL concept.
You might want to try searching that out.
