Was the Chesapeake Western part of the N&W or Virginian. Its front logo looks like a Virginian logo and the colors look like N&W. I am basing this off of CW 10 T6 at the Virginia Transportation museum. Heres a pic of the logos.

Chesapeake Western

The Chesapeake Western was purchased by the N&W sometime around 1954, a good five years before the Virginian merger.
