why are most of the Cn units that never un in the States heading south for the final trip?
cheaper to cut up down there ? or just better resale value there? more storage?

more than liley will go to a leaseing firm who will decide there fate as to weather to rebuild them to U.S. Standereds, parts them out or CN could have sold them to one of the many rail lines in Mexico or South America.
