Cabooses in Manchester, NY

Hi,

While on the topic of Manchester, NY, are the 2 cabooses - LV 95100 & PRR 477203 - still behind an old school building that may be near Rt. 21 &/or Rt. 96?

One theory proposed about a year ago, never confirmed to my knowledge, was that they were destined to move to a local Mall.

The two are still just where they were. Reportedly the local developer has been delayed by legal red tape.
