Caboose ID

It looks like PC #80077 or #60077 stenciled on the end. I can't find this number in any online PC caboose rosters/photos. Any ideas? Taken in NY state in 3/76 on the old West Shore. Thanks.

I'm late to the party, Charles, but I believe that is a flanger, not a caboose.
