During my commute this morning listening to the road frequency, they had train in emergency at CP55 and a break apart at CP124. Busy morning, eh?

Must have been busy and hectic. Im sure it would have been fun to sit trackside and watch it all unfold. To bad the weather is so cold these days...not that i mind.

I forgot to mention at the same time there was a broken rail at a switch (didn't catch the location) and the foreman told the dispatcher to put a 10mph restriction in place. Also, at noon time, the two lead units on a train stalled. The engineer got #2 restarted, but couldn't start the lead unit. They just got Jacksonville on the radio when I had to tune out.
