After getting held at the Willows for a bit on 02-09-2012, POBW got D-3 permission to head west and through the Hill Yard on 11 at 0837. Spiffy blue-and-white GMTXs 9014 and 9059 hauled 60 not-so-spiffy hoppers into the yard, clearing East Wye at 0855. To keep things from getting completely boring on the hopper-counting front, 59 were PWs, but one was MEC.
