BNSF Police in Canada?

I was talking to a friend of mine in British Columbia about BNSF's operations up there and the one question that came up that we both are not sure are is does BNSF have its own police up there that are special constables with the BC gov't?

We are not sure...he seems to think that CN Police has an agreement to patrol the BNSF tracks, but he's not sure either on that.

I would think that BNSF would maybe contract out sacurity guards there as Canadian Laws are diffrent than american laws.

BNSF had a special agent that worked Between White Rock and Vancouver BC until maybe 7-10 years ago. He retired and CN got the contract for Policing the line.
