Northbound from Route 7 bridge in Conklin I think you mean?. Here is current Google Maps streetview from there (from 2012 - same as your photo by coincidence) looking north.

Right, looking north means it's southbound.

This sealed the answer. the white speckle is the white building in the photo in Ebay.

if you took one or two step back (south), you would see rear end of train in the far distance.
