I live in Delaware County and railfan the Philly Sub often. I usually see Q174, Q493, K571, etc, but I can never catch Q216/217 (the autoracks). So when is the best time to catch em moving. I usually see a line of unmoved autoracks on the holdout next to I-95 in Chester, Pa.
If I fail to make it to medical school, I will become a SEPTA engineer.
