Good evening everyone,
I have been using Picasa for about a decade to edit my pictures, especially the ones of trains. Since google stopped supporting Picasa, I have noticed on Picasa that the sharpening tool doesn't work well. As a result, I am considering changing photo editing softwares. How is Paint Shop Pro 2019? I would like to use a photo editing software that could not only make my pictures sharper, but use ones that could help me get some more pictures accepted to railpictures.net. Thanks.
