I also have the structure called "Lakeside Shipping" from Walthers and one built up which is the firehouse.
I refuse to buy any more built ups because they're just too big for a 4x8. I actually once thought wether I should've gotten The Als Drive and the theater In which both are built up but thought it was too big.
