BART Welcomes You To San Francisco With Amazing Acceleration

I didn't check it carefully when they regularly ran at PL1, but I'm guessing BART trains never ran 80 mph. The speedometer said so-- think I saw one at 88 once-- but the actual speed was probably the same 76-77 mph that is in PL1 now.

Back in SF for 2 weeks. Get ready for some action =)
