Further researching using the excellent Canada Southern website.

In 1929, The Southwestern Ltd had a barber and bath and all the other limited train features.

By 1930, four trains had a barber: 20th Century Ltd, Advance 20the Century, Commodore Vanderbilt and Southwestern Ltd. Thirteen trains in total had limited train features at the time. All of these trains had an extra fare.

By April 1932, only 20th Century Ltd was listed having an extra fare and was only train that had a barber, bath and all. The Southwestern Ltd was only other train listing limited train features, just not a barber, bath, maid, secretary.

Have not had the time to check later in 1930s.

On the PRR, I did find that Broadway Ltd was not extra fare after early 1943.
