Here's a really neat web site:
http://www.bahntv-online.de/
(This is the broadband TV site of the Deutsche Bahn AG.)
Note: left-click on the word "Live" in the top left hand corner and then double left-click on the video for full screen view.

Yes, it's all in German, but you can translate the web site by pasting the web link above into the "Translate a web page" box on this web page --
http://world.altavista.com/
Then select "German to English" and push the "Translate" button.

They offer a mix of programming, but very often (in the evening in US, while most of Germany is sleeping) they show long periods of video from the cab of various DB trains.

In particular, here's a nice 1 hour documentary on the opening of the new high speed service from Frankfurt am Main to/from Paris:

(In German... but the video is great to watch.)

Not only that, but they have also Video on Demand service, i.e. you can search in their archive and find almost everything from the last 4-5 years

http://www.bahntv-online.de/btvo/site/index.php?s=5600

and there is an another German speaking large screen TV program:

www.bahnorama-tv.com

Go to the 24/7 button and wait. When the picture arrives click on the right top button next to the picture and you will get a full screen picture everywhere of the world.

There is also a Video on Demand service[/url]
