Acording to the shop forces, including the guy in charge, the 469 will not be scrapped. we'll see if this holds true or not. Time will tell, they've told me this and that before and it hasn't been true.

i'm going to try to find out for sure, but i think we can safely remove the 3504 from the roster too. its spent alot of time down and i believe its either in saginaw being fixed or in rifkin being cut up. I'll try to ask and find out for sure. my understanding from a member of mine, it that the 975, 698 and 3575 and maybe the 469 have all been sold to someone. I dont know for sure just yet. time will tell.. and as soon as I know.. so will I.

Sh*t!

Where will they go?

GVT is not interested right now.

Maybe the WNY&P?? But, they have 10+ out of service.

Three of the four C-425s have been rebuilt with AC right? (I know at least two were.) These four units were rebuilt by MK Hornell in 80/81 and got 12 cylinder engines right?

one word of advise when getting info from the LSRC, dont believe everything you hear untill it happens. Unless they gain some more new power, them C425's aint goin no where. I doubt the 3500, 3515 or 798 will either. they are power short.

469,974,975,698 and 3575 have sold to someone in IL. The 698 and 3575 will be parted out to repair the 974 and 975. The 469 will also be repaired.
