At 6:30 am there was a Oak Point bound freight moving between Morris Heights and Marbl;e Hill. When I got down to Highbridge Yard there was another freight stopped between Lincoln Ave and !61St on the link. What would be the reason for these two trains to be back to back? Breakdown, hours limit , storm related?
