B&M Budd RDC Cars near North Station

Does anyone know if there are any plans to sell/trade/renovate the 2 Budd RDC cars that sit near the repair facility of the MBTA Commuter Rail in Somerville/Boston? You can see them from the Orange Line.

I've seen a video on YouTube of someone taking a tour of them. It sure would be nice if they could be rescued. I remember when they retired those around 1987/1988.
