Hello to all,
I am hoping that someone on here will recognize this name and if you do would please contact me.
Wade Melton worked for Illinois Central, I believe as a ticket agent during the 60s.
He was from NY but met my mother, who is deceased now, during the time he was working in Humbolt, TN.
He died while in TN of a heart attack.
I am now 43 and looking for any information, pictures or know of his family from NY because he is my father.
She was pregnant with me when he died, they were not married and this is all the info she gave me before she died.
I need to know for medical information and of course, would love to see pictures or if he has family, know them.
I am married with 2 children and am located in TN.
If anyone, knows anything, please send me an email. I would be so thankful and grateful or if you just knew him,
let me know.
Thank you again.

I'm thinking the Railroad Retirement Board might have informaiton about that. Maybe the Illinois Central Historical Society would as well...

I would think either of those would be a good place to start.
