Anyone have info on NMB ruling on EJE?

I have heard that this was supposed to be the month the EJE went before the NMB on the Manning Agreement and the Remote Control's.

Anyone have any info on if they made a ruling or not?

Basically, if the BLET on the EJE wins, then my local will win as well, being as our Manning Agreement is stronger than the EJE's.

From what I heard, we lost. :( So much for a utu agreement.
