Anyone have a link to proposed abandonments?

A few years ago i found a nice link on the internet of recent abandoments/filings. I can't seem to find it can anyone help?

The Rails to Trails Conservancy also has an abandonment alert system. Obviously they want to intercept trackage that would otherwise go through abandonment and likely reversion (and thus complete destruction of the ROW).
