Amtrak On-Time Performance (OTP) Delays Reroutes Annulled

When a train missed its slot,that train is at the mercy of the MN's RTC's to get over the road as safely as possible.
The New Haven Line has the most densely packed schedule even on Holidays.
After crossing over to Amtrak controlled Hellgate line to NYP,missing your slot means you are at the mercy of the Dispatcher
to keep moving safely.

Harvey update: Texas Eagle full service. Throughway service being restored. Sunset Limited between San Antonio and New Orleans.

Train 5 of 09/03/2017 1hr 11mins late at Provo BUT 24hrs 43mins late at Salt Lake City !

Anyone know what's going on to delay NEC Regional 93? Reportedly 4h30m late at BAL.

Waiting in Salem, OR on the 11 for a derailment to clear ahead of us. Anyone know more details?

Wire down East of New London CT, both tracks were out for an extended period of time.

Looks like something happened around Albany, OR. 508 just arrived around three hours late.

14 is now through Salem, almost 7 hours late.

No surprise, but Irma is making Amtrak suspend Florida service:

Amtrak will temporarily suspend services in Florida due to severe weather impacting the southeast region.

The Silver Star Train 92 and Silver Meteor Train 98 (Miami - New York City) are cancelled for Sept. 9 - 11.

The Silver Star Train 91 (New York City - Miami) will operate from New York City to Orlando, Fla., on Thursday, Sept. 7. The Silver Meteor Train 97 (New York City - Miami) will operate from New York City to Jacksonville, Fla. Trains 91 and 97 are cancelled for Sept. 8 - 10.

The Auto Train 53 (Lorton, Va. - Sanford, Fla.) is cancelled for Saturday, Sept. 9. The Auto Train 52 (Sanford, Fla. - Lorton, Va.) is cancelled on Sept. 10 and 11.

No alternate transportation will be provided.

Does anybody know what happened to:

A. #49 (7th) westbound Lake Shore Limited Dp. ALB OT, Dp. SDY 3' 30" late, Ar. CLE 6' 15" Late; and

B. #307 (7th) westbound on STL Corridor Dp. cHI 2' 25" late, lost 2' 15" more CHI to SMT, 4' 12" late into STL.

At present Irma is plotted to draw a bead on downtown Atlanta. If that happens expect the Crescent to be cancelled or at least cut short. There are too many pine trees in the state that will foul NS tracks.

#3(08)has had a run in with a cow on the track,just west of Gallup NM tonight,around 7:15 pm MDT.
Waiting for Mech Dept to show up,due to brake system damage/repairs and remains clean up.

A: Took a minute to connect the train and then I believe they waited on an NS, or so it seemed.

Service onward from New Haven > SPG now cancelled and will be sent by bus after NH due to track work, not sure of start date.

30 (11) lost an hour and 50 between Connellsville and Cumberland today. Yikes! Any ideas??
