Amtrak Culture Fit Assessment

If they contacted you at all, that is generally a good thing, it means they are interested. I can't comment on the process for Assistant Conductor though, as my experience would be totally different for the department I hired into.

Culture fit is the new thing with Amtrak. All the jobs you apply for you have to take this assessment and means nothing IMO of getting to hear from someone. The good news is that after you take it the first time you don't need to retake it again. I must have did ok because i was invited for the conductor testing session. I got to the interview and wasn't selected.

I also have put in countless apps. and got no response. Of all my applications, I have gotten feedback from 1 application,
