The cost of paint is really negligible, especially if it's on a new unit that will need to go to the paint shop regardless.

First ALC 42 has departed for the Northeast Corridor, there are a few youtube movies showing the ALC-42 being pulled by California Zephyr.

Does anyone know the schedule for 301 or where its heading in the Amtrak system. I saw that it left Florin this morning and didn't know where it was heading.

It's on 6 (17). It's scheduled to be put onto 30 (20) and arrive in WAS on the 21st.
