Hi,
I've been listening to marine channel 13, South Jersey and North Jersey daily and never hear the train call the dispatcher. The bridge is closing right now (11:00 am) and I have 3 scanners running. Searched extensively about the train numbers; some say BY8 and PN8, others say Q195 and Q196 or BY1. I saw the crew working Howland Hook last week but didn't catch them on the radio. I'm going to try to get there for the pm closing. Anyone follow these guys? Thanks.

Edit: Just heard PR44 saying "Port Authority switch something something".

PR44 is Port Reading local. Serves the Reformatory Branch on weekday mornings. Don't know about the others. But would like to know when trains cross over the bridge. Wikipedia says its lowered 3 times a day.

Caught the 2:30 bridge closing, train called South Jersey as BY1, then I sat at the crossing as they worked Howland Hook. But, I could not hear them on the radio as they were working. Had 2 scanners searching the RR channels. Sorry, no video (yet).
