Activity on Montreal - Albany Line?

What's the current level of train activity on the former D&H line from Albany to Montreal? There are the Amtrak trains each day but I don't know what freight trains are running. It sounds like the CSX will add two trains per day to the mix. I would like to do some train watching/photography in the Willsboro and Port Henry areas of New York and was wondering what I could expect for frequency.

I'd recommend checking out the D&H Yahoo group - these guys monitor every train on a daily basis. They can tell you exactly what's running, where and when .... and most often the power in the consist ! ....
