a USRA - Final System Plan question......

Hello all,

I just received an Email from a fellow railroader seeking information on the USRA final system plan.

Does anybody know where one might find information on the plan. I googled USRA and Final System plan. I found alot of references to the plan, but not the plan itself.

Anybody have any suggestions as to where a copy of the plan might be cataloged somewhere?

...get it. I had copies of it seveeral years ago and I believe sold them at at train shows so I know they are out there. But I will also look in my "out" boxes (sale items) and let you know. Good luck!
