How about a Forum at which maritime industry affairs that directly relate to those of the railroad industry be established?

No this would not be a forum to discuss "going down to the sea in ships" or other romance topics, nor would it be a place to discuss Love Tub, or otherwise cruise ship, experiences (both have plenty of other sites for that). It would be a place to discuss the interface between the maritime industry and how at ports, both coasts, they and the railroads interface. An example of the discussion I would have in mind is presently ongoing at the CSX/Pan Am acquisition and the Port of Saint John topics - both at which I and others have discussed maritime affairs.

Incidents such as the m/v Dail would be "fair game" so long as it related to the disruption the railroads serving Baltimore and their employees faced.

So how about it, Sgt. Smith.

Logistics, railroads, and shipping have a clear symbiotic relationship.
