Sir, it is very generous of you to do this level of research and reply, especially to a community that doesn't have near the importance of shareholders, customers, and regulators. Thank you for your interest and information.

> MMA 8536 235-25 CHICAGO IL

> MMA 8539 235-25 DANSVILLE NY

Iowa Pacific purchased these units. Their eventual destination is most likely the Arizona operation.

Mr. Tancula, I meant to ask you a question regarding the C30s and C36s that you dealt with in Estonia. You mentioned that GE BrightStar systems were installed in those units. 1) Is that what was installed in the MMA #3000? 2) Approximately how much does it cost per locomotive (including installation)?

Thanks!

MMA #3000 has an adhesion system from Quantum engineering http://www.qei.biz which is a GE version not shown on the web page, but similar to the Trainmaster system.

Cost is like lobster-market price! Expect to spend $30,000 for such systems plus installation. The installation cost on #3000 was more expensive than a simple retrofit because the unit had suffered an electrical fire, which required significant rewiring.
