Pennsy Signals

Does anyone have any info regarding the use of or what is going on with the former Pennsy PCL's between Machias and Driftwood on the WNY&P's portion of the former Pennsy Buffalo Line. Last time i heard they were not being used and were not even powered. Are they in danger of being taken down and if so, when? Thanks.

According to a recent article in Trains magazine, the WNY&P was allowed to shut off the signal system due to age and cost of maintenance.
You think that was slow? Next time it will be even slower! Ya see, the headlight will be coming through the steam and its
never gonna get there!

The signals at MP 127 and CP South Emporium have been removed, the remainder are dark. Haven't been to Olean in a long while, so I cannot say if anything has been removed north of Cameron Co.
