Photo Location Assistance?

Hi guys,
The attached photo is in the collection of David Halbert. He shot the image somewhere along the ex-PRSL in 1983, though neither he nor I can remember where. The water tower on the left and high tension power lines on the right ought to give it away, but I can't place it.

Looks like a spot where not much has changed since the days of the PRSL.

Looking for assistance in determining where it was shot.

I just noticed the switch is connected to the left.--Could it be Glassboro?--Took the darn thing and can't remember where--Must be getting old--LOL

The location has been confirmed via another source as Hammonton on the ex-ACRR - thanks to anyone who took a look.
