Was down in Kansas City this morning.

On the house track at Union Station was an old ex-Milwaukee Pullman, JEFFERSON RIVER.

Stencilled down on the body was KCS 107.

Wonder if KCS has bought a new car for the fleet, or for parts?

I saw this yesterday myself. They must be minting money at KCS, I've never seen a railroad assemble such a large fleet of biz cars so fast in so little time.

I got pics! And when I get a chance, I'll paste them. That will mean a few weeks, because I'm not going to find the boxes from moving until 2 weeks, and then I have to unpack them.
