I wish I sill had the pewter tie tack, pin Cody Phanstiehl gave me back in the 1970s, 1.375" X .675" compress perspective 3/4 image of a 1k car.

Anyone know what number we’re at for the order? I believe I have seen cars in the 7720s on the Yellow Line at this point. Have to believe we should be getting the last few by the end of March.

I saw on the news this morning, Metro has received the last 7000 series car - 7748.
It will be 5-6 weeks before it goes into service

Sam Sweeney got the car number wrong as the numbering schema begins with an even number, 7000–7747 the 748th and last car is numbered 7747.
