Everyone:

The Washington Nationals have announced that there will be a World Series Championship Victory Parade
on Saturday November 2, 2019. This is the first title for the Nationals team which have been in Washington
since 2005 after moving from Montreal (Expos) since this MLB franchise was created and began play in 1969.

The Parade will begin at 2:00 PM at Constitution Avenue and 15th Street NW and go east to Pennsylvania
Avenue and 3rd Street NW where there will be a rally for the Nationals team there...

There should be announcements from WMATA about Metro service changes along with added commuter rail
service from MARC and VRE. Using rail transit will be one of the best ways to go to the Parade...

This is a good move to have a Victory Parade on Saturday allowing two days for the team to return home
and plan the celebration for all involved - DC Government and the Nationals especially.

Please post any and all rail transit information about this Parade here...MACTRAXX

Everyone - MARC is running Penn Line service...a notice was posted about the Nats Parade:

www.mta.maryland.gov/marc-nats-parade-important-info

There is NO service on the MARC Camden and Brunswick Lines and both VRE Fredericksburg and Manassas
Routes to the Nats Victory Parade...

The MLB Network is carrying the MASN TV coverage of the Nats Parade outside of the Middle Atlantic region.

Good weather and a large turnout by Nationals fans in Washington on this special day...MACTRAXX
