As would any infrequent connection, esp. on suburban routes that often operate on half-hour or even hourly headways.

The most frustrating part is that the 90-minute window is purely arbitrary and should be fixable with a straightforward programming change. Like the Key's price points that don't correspond to an integral number of trips, it seems that the 90-minute limit doesn't have any rationale except possibly extracting extra dollars from riders. FWIW, my (admittedly anecdotal) experiences on other systems are that most offer a full two hours.
