Ballast regulator kicks up the dust from new stone dropped on rebuilt track 2 mid-day Friday 7/13/18 at the derailment site at South Royalston (Harsco tamper was holding near the rte 68 crossing). A Facebook posting indicated 22K may have used track 2 that evening.
