OCS sitting behind the shops at Waterville this afternoon.
As of 1800 hours yesterday, PAR 1 & 2 with 3 ST passenger cars was parked facing west at Rigby Yard. It was still there at 0145 this morning. No idea where it's headed, or when it's scheduled to depart.
The OCS was west through Dover today 5/16 about 11:15AM. No details on destination.
Apparently OCS traveled to Mechanicville on Thursday 5/17/18 and returned to E Deerfield by sundown. Anybody know the OCS mission?
PAR OCS ran from Ayer to Rigby today with GE 7552 leading. Thanks to Wayne Johnson for five photos.

That makes sense, put a 4,000 HP 6 axle on the OCS instead of hauling freight. These guys never cease to amaze me.
Well when your F units aren't reliable enough to pull a 3 car train you gotta find something...
Its probably more to showcase their new power and showing the future of the railroad to investors.

If I didn't know Pan Am nor where these engines came from and you told me they were new, I'd probably believe it. There's shiny new paint and they even have LED headlights.

that PAR#1 and PAR #2 are "stored serviceable" as of 5/31 at Waterville.
