Information on locomotives outside greater phili expo center

I am looking for history and information on the locomotives outside the greater Philadelphia expo center. they seem to be: A 0-4-0 tank engine, 2 small diesel switchers and a speeder. some pictures of them when they were operational would be nice as well.
