I am a conductor for Norfolk Southern at Croxton Yard. I was hired for the yard side and I like what I do but i'm on the yard side (NKP) so no road trains for me. I was hoping when I was hired to go to the road but I was sent to the yard instead. I have always to become an engineer and run mile long trains but from what it seems that may never happen. So my question to all the NS guys on the forum, do you think the NKP roster will merge with the NSR roster in the years to come?
