Anyone have one of these new (April, 2015 release) hand held digital scanners?

If so, please relate how well it works with the various RR digital frequencies.

not many railroads use digital, not on engines or dispatchers anyway.
If Conductors are in charge, why are they promoted to be Engineer???

The Great Western Railway uses digital radio for their operations in Windsor, CO.
