PRR Bell, where is it from?? PRR Tug or cargo barge?

Have this PRR Brass Bell.

The story that I've been told is that it is from one of the tug's or barges that used to take the cars across the delaware from jersey -> philly etc.

Any information or links would be greatly appreciated!
