I am looking for information regarding Phleps Junction. Specifically, I'd like to know when the 2nd track on the Elmira Branch south of the junction was pulled up, and when the Route 96 bridge became a grade crossing. Anyone that has photos gets extra credit!
I have the Elmira Branch book, but it doesn't get into much detail about that area.
