WO tower was located next to Hanover street bridge on the lower side. The passener station was located across the the tracks where Mrs. Smith Pie Company's parking lot once was. At the end of Washington street there was a water tower along the river's egde.
Thanks for the info. When I was growing up in Pottstown, the Pennsy still had a freight depot in Pottstown (the passenger station was long gone) and our family knew Earl Deysher who was the freight agent. When my father took business trips on the Pennsy to Chicago (on the Broadway Limited), he would call Earl to reserve a roommette, even though my father would board the train in Paoli.
