Pennsylvania Railroad Car in New Haven,CT

I was passing through New Haven when I spotted a Penn car sitting just outside the station. What's this car doing here?

You probably saw one of the private cars that are based out of Hartford.

There are two of them. Greenwich Club and something else.

They are privately owned, and based in CT. The owner is the brother of the operator of the old CNE line out of Hartford.

They are ussually kept in Hartford next to ex-MBTA 905. I think it is the Connecticut food market off RT95.
