Readers, I am certain many Pennsy fans have a specific locomotive which they call "their own", perhaps modeling it, perhaps collecting artifacts from it. My treasured locomotive is PRR K4s #5406 . She spent almost her entire life on the Long Island Rail Road, and my father had a special interaction with the big Pacific. She was also one of the final seven K4's to see out the steam era.
